Recently picked up a new vehicle for my fiancé from your car group, after looking around for weeks and visiting multiple second hand car dealerships only to be let down I really can't say enough positive things about my experience here!
From start to finish the whole team were so friendly and helpful, James was very honest and no pushy sales tactics. They made the whole process very enjoyable and stress free, I would definitely visit again next time I am in need of a new motor! 10/10

I have to honestly say the guys at your car group LTD James and Ryan in particular was absolutely fantastic in helping me get the best deal and best option for the situation I was in I crashed my own car on the way up there and they went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and tried to still get me the car that day !

Great service!
After visiting the website I went to the showroom in Newport to view and test drive a BMW 4 series which had caught my eye. I was greeted with happy and friendly faces. I went on a test drive and James offered to come along and show me some of the features I was unfamiliar with. The test drive went very well and I was impressed with the car. Returning to the showroom, I was offered a warm drink and shown the service history and relevant paperwork for the car. I felt very conformable as there was a no pressure approach. The team were very pleasant and came across very well organised. Needless to say, i'm very happy with the car and the service.

Went to collect my csr I put a deposit down for today. I was still undecided about what car I wanted.
The guys there were excelllent. Nothing was too much trouble, they shifted cars around for me to test drive other cars that I was interested in.
